Order Confirmation: Once we have your order details, we’ll email you an order confirmation. This confirmation confirms your new fireplace is being processed and sent to the workshop for manufacture.

Delivery Arrangements: We’ll keep you updated at each stage. As soon as your fireplace is ready, we’ll call or email you an update and confirm a delivery day and time slot. We’ll work with you to arrange a good time for delivery; we use our own delivery drivers and vehicles to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process.


We understand that timing and convenience are crucial when adding a beautiful new fireplace to your home. That’s why we’ve made our delivery process as seamless as possible:

Prompt Delivery: The lead times vary on our products, most of our product lines are made-to-order and we aim to deliver your chosen fireplace to your doorstep within 2-3 weeks in England and Wales, and up to 4 weeks in Scotland.

No Upfront Payments or Deposits: We believe in your right to inspect and approve your fireplace before making any payments.
